Here are the details for the NU2 get together.

We have:

Tim - Deposit Paid

Buster - Deposit Paid

James Cross - Deposit Paid

So the numbers are: $630/8 = $78.75 per person for the 3 nights 4 days. That is a wopping $19.69 per day for the NU2 trip…not bad at all. Then the rest of your money can be spent on boat gas, food, and beer.

And if you have already sent in your $25 dollar deposit then you will only have $78.75 - $25 = $53.75 dollars left to pay.

And the dates are still Aug. 11,12,13,14. Everybody will arrive on the 11th for checkin then checkout on the 14th and head home.

Toys for Big Boys:

Buster has a boat that he is taking. Tim has a couple of jet skis that he is taking.

Worse case scenario - just incase only the 6 that have paid are the only ones that are going.

$630/6 = $105 per person for 4 days/3 nights.  If you have paid your $25 dollar deposit… $105 - $25 = $80.   That is a whopping $20 bucks a day. This is only for the cabin.  Of course you would need to bring money for beer/food/gas/poker.  Which we can get a better idea of when we know everyone that is going.  If you have not made a decision (Corey, Andy)… please do so as soon as possible.  We need to be able to budget for the change of price.

Finally, after a tiny bit of work… we have thrown up NerdsUnplugged.com.  This will be the reservoir for everything Nerds Unplugged.  This will have info on where the current Nerds Unplugged event is, what the situation regarding it is… and anything else you can think of that you might need to know about NU.

We made this site to where you will have to login to comment, and if you would like to be part of the blogging team… just let us know and we will set you up an account to do so.  We have been putting everything in an email form, but thought this would be a lot easier - so we would not have to worry about leaving anyone off (Tim, haha) of the email.  This way you can just check in on Nerdsunplugged.com and see what the latest is.

This is a work in progress, and can change in a blink of an eye… so if you have any suggestion or thoughts on what to do - simply comment and we will do just that.  We are all nerds here, so we can do about anything we want here on this site.  Don’t be shy about it.  We all know everyone’s strong points and we might as well utilize them.  Just so you know, Benny will not be doing stick figure graphics… that is for sure.  haha
